Let us walk you through in making those party sparkling coasters using epoxy resin.

These are what we need:
- Platinum Clear Epoxy
- Silicone mold for coasters
- glitters
- Spray paint
- Dish soap
Step 1:
We start by mixing up a batch of Platinum Clear Epoxy resin. This is a 1:1 ratio mix. Start by measuring qual parts of part A resin & part B hardener.
Slowly stir and scrape the mixing cup's bottom and edges for approximately 2-5 minutes. Then we should be ready to move to the next step.
***Make sure no spots within the mixing cup have not been scraped and mixed correctly.
Step 2:
Divide the epoxy mixture into different cups slowly.
Step 3:
Mix in your favorite pigment colors and glitters. Mix thoroughly into the epoxy resin mixture. Again, mix slowly.
Pour in the different colored epoxy mixtures in your artistic way.
Step 4:
Get rid of the bubbles using a heat gun.
Step 5:
Let it cure for 24 hours at 75F. Demold.
Step 6:
Quickly drop lines across the top of the coasters using dish soap. The soap lines will show the design by preventing the spray paint (next step) from adhering to the coasters. More soap = more colors popping.
Step 7:
Spray over the entire coaster with black spray paint. Let it dry.
Step 8:
Wash the remaining soap off of the coasters with water. Let it dry.
Step 9:
Seal the coasters with another coating of Platinum Clear Epoxy Resin. This time, without pigments.
Step 9:
Let it cure for 24 hours at 75F.
