  • When will I get access to the workshop?

    Congrats! Once you purchase access to the workshop you will be automatically enrolled.  


    Within 1-2 minutes of receiving the receipt of purchase email, You will receive a separate email from "WORKSHOPS BY THE EPOXY RESIN STORE" asking you to "REDEEM YOUR COPY".


    When you click the link, you will be taken to the workshop portal to create your password. 


    ***Please remember ONLY the email address used to complete the purchase will be the email address granted access to the workshop. 


    You may need to search your spam depending on your email provider. 

  • How is the video workshop setup?

    The workshop will include 2 options. 


    1. The entire workshop in 1 long video format to follow along with. 


    2. Multiple bite-size video segments that allow you to follow along.

  • I ordered the bundle, when will I get everything?

    Yes! Once your order is placed, you will start to receive shipping updates regarding your order. The bundle will be packaged up and picked up by our shipping carriers within 1-2 business days. Depending on how far you are from Southern California will determine how long the order will take to be at your doorstep. 


    The online workshop will be delivered to you via the email address you completed the purchase with. You will get an email notification welcoming you to the workshop you purchased. 


    Follow the prompts to create your log in and password. 

  • How long is the workshop?

    The video workshop contains approximately 50+ minutes of video content. 

  • What all do I need to have prior?

    While the bundles do include 99% of what is needed to complete the workshop project, you may need to purchase additional small tools. 


    Below is a list of tools we recommend having on hand.


    Mini hand torch, small-medium course sanding block, 3ml plastic (protect work area), Exacto knife, Rustoleum black colored spray paint, heat gun, any alcohol wipes, and small container of 100% acetone.
