DELIVERY TERMS:

Handling Time:

We do everything we can to process and ship your order as fast as possible. Our warehouse keeps our products in stock and ready to ship your order quickly.

  • Orders placed by 2:00 pm PST, Monday–Friday, will be processed for delivery within 1 business days or in some cases, the same day.
  • All overnight and express orders must be placed before 12:00 pm PST to ensure same day processing and shipment.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & all major USA Holidays, the processing time will start on the next business day.
  • All of our orders ship out from our central warehouse located in Lake Elsinore, California.

Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will be messaged the shipping carrier's tracking number by the method you selected at the time of purchase.

Shipping Carrier Times:

Shipping carrier times depend on where you are located in relation to our warehouse and the speed of the carrier.

Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will have access to updates by the carrier via a tracking number sent to you by either email or SMS.

orders will arrive within 1-5 business days after pick-up depending on your location.

Common delays in shipping can be due to addresses not verifying within the carriers' computer systems (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Rural addresses can also add unexpected delays due to their processing times at rural distribution centers.

Please understand, reasonable shipping delays due to carrier delays are out of our control. Weather and unforeseen delays may extend delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship. The shipping costs are variable depending upon the total weight of the shipment and the distance to the customer.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, get in touch with our customer service team at support@theepoxyresinstore.com. Call us at (951) 677-0400. M-F 8:30-5pm. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps. Cold Weather Deliveries

Please plan ahead and allow time to bring liquids back to room temperature if your order was shipped into cold weather.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax may be calculated during checkout by the states.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are ONLY able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
