What happened when The Pot Life is Longer than Expected?

Understanding what happens when The Pot Life is Longer than Expected can help you prevent costly errors with your projects.

Typically, when the cure is taking FOOOORRREEEVVVVER, 1 of the following is happening.

1. The ratio to hardener and resin is off.
2. The room and product temperature is too cool.
3. The volume of the mix is too small (under 50 grams).

When the volume is too small this also means the ratio of resin and hardener is typically off.

Check back with the instructions to see the measurements by weight.

For most 1:1 ratios, this measurement is 83-85 parts resin to 100 parts hardener.
